Welcome to the Sustainable Community Development (SCD) Program website. We hope you find it inviting and useful for its glimpse into our community-based SCD Bachelor of Arts degree program. The SCD Program at Prescott College is one of the oldest, if not the oldest, undergraduate programs in sustainable community development from an accredited college. This year, 2008, we celebrate the tenth anniversary of the creation of the program.

Within this website, you will find information that helps you to create an individualized program around your own interests. You also will find here opportunities for communication with current students, graduates, faculty, mentors and others from a variety of organizations, plus helpful resources for all of us who are working to create a more sustainable world for the community of all life.
