J Dianne is passionate about educational leadership, curriculum studies, assessment, and social justice education and strives to increase cultural competence and global awareness among her students and in our society. She values individuality, embraces multiple perspectives, and seeks to meet the needs of each student and team member through collaborative leadership and a learner-centered, reflective approach to teaching, training and supervision.

With a doctorate degree in education, J Dianne brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of education as a curriculum coordinator, associate professor, university coordinator, curriculum developer, instructor, mentor, advisor, and assistant coach with students at the elementary, middle, high school and college levels, as well as with adult learners. She has worked in US public schools, Peace Corps in Rwanda, Africa, the International School of Myanmar in Yangon, Myanmar and the International School of Prague in the Czech Republic, as well as curriculum-specific summer camps including one for at-risk children and one that emphasized experiential learning in the outdoors. A tenacious and talented leader, she has close to 10 years of experience in supervisory, leadership, and administrative positions in a variety of programs. When she is not working and learning from her students and colleagues in the classroom or in the field, she enjoys yoga, hiking, camping, biking, swimming, snowshoeing, reading, and playing with her two terrific children as they discover the world around them.
