Fall 2008 Continuing Students: A generic enrollment agreement is available in PDF form at ADP Enrollment Agreement Form. Please return promptly to the Registrar's Office. Tuition due dates, course contract deadlines, and other information are available in the FA08 Re-Enrollment Packet.
