Undergraduate Admissions Counselor
Kacey is your counselor if you're a first-time student with a last name that begins with L-Z or you live in Colorado
I grew up right here in beautiful Prescott, AZ.
Favorite part of your job:
I love connecting with my students and staying in touch with them as they learn and grow during their time at Prescott College. Our graduates truly do go on to change the world and it’s exciting to know that I played a role in helping them to start their journey as a positive change maker.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in International and Regional Studies from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
Favorite aspect of Prescott College:
I admire the fact that the people who are involved at Prescott College truly “walk the talk.” The faculty, staff and students are unified in their concern for environmental protection and social justice issues, and a belief in the importance of global citizenship. It feels good to share my personal values with the people around me.
Favorite thing to do in the area and the world:
I believe that personal growth comes from doing, so I am interested in anything that creates a new experience (despite how tempting it can be at times to stay in my comfort zone!). I love to travel internationally, but there is plenty to do and learn from here in Prescott and around the majestic Southwest.
Personal interests and hobbies:
I love to explore Prescott’s amazing trail system with my dog, Bean, and I’m a certified yoga teacher, so yoga is a big part of my life. I am lucky to have family in the area and spending time with them is also on my list!
