Welcome International Applicants

Students from around the world come to Prescott College and take advantage of our unique experiential education in sustainability, social justice, and liberal arts.

The information below will help you with the application process. Be sure to check the requirements and deadlines specific to your program.

Online Programs

Receive a rigorous education and earn a degree, all without leaving home. Our groundbreaking bioregional approach to distance learning allows you to apply what you learn immediately and directly to your local community. And whatever your interest–sustainability, economic development, wilderness education, energy production, food systems, social justice, counseling, or anything you desire–you’ll be able to customize your degree while developing skills in leadership, group organization, and conflict resolution.

*Note: Post-bachelor teacher certification programs are not available to international students at this time.

How it Works

Generally, immigration regulations allow three (3) online credits as part of your total enrollment to count toward full-time requirements for F-1/J-1 students. For immigration purposes, hybrid classes are considered in-person classes. However, some sponsors consider hybrid classes as online classes, and sponsors have strict policies regarding the number of online or hybrid classes a student can take throughout their degree program at Prescott College. Check with your sponsoring agency to confirm their policy on online coursework. If not, you may be responsible for the cost of those classes, or encounter difficulty authenticating your diploma with the Ministry of Education of your home country after graduating.
