Cafe Classes and Catering

Come join us for a full-blown cooking school with daytime and evening classes for kids and adults taught by Chef Molly Beverly and Chef Pamela O’Donald. These classes emphasize the use of fresh, seasonal, and locally-produced ingredients, and take an interactive, hands-on approach to learning.

In addition to culinary classes, we are also thrilled to offer wine education classes taught by International Wine Judge Jim Wallace and Prescott College Professor Ed Grumbine.

What's with the name?

"Biscuit" is a nickname for Prescott that locals often use. When out-of-towners visit, you'll often hear people explaining the proper pronunciation of "Prescott" as, "'Preskit' sounds like 'Biskit'." “The Biscuit” was chosen from among eight names by alumni vote in February 2003, and was submitted by alumnus Michael Shay (RDP ’99).
