Student Initiative Council
WHAT IS STUDENT INITIATIVE COUNCIL?
Student Initiative Counsel (SIC) is a student-run organization that resides within
the Prescott College Alumni Association and fosters school spirit, tradition,
and pride throughout the college. SIC is a place for students to meet new
people, network with alumni, attend exciting social/professional events, develop
leadership skills, and gain real-world experience. SIC is an avenue for students
needs to be addressed while in the process, preparing students to be engaged
alumni after graduation.
To create and foster positive relationships between students… past, present, future. We strive to provide activities and programs to all our students, that will assist in their development as leaders, scholars and future alumni while ensuring each students needs are met.
Students Helping Students! Your Voice, Our Vision!
The goal is to stay connected with students through the SIC club and continue the connection as alumni. Establishing the link between students, alumni and the College is the key!
Any Prescott College Student can become a Student Initiative Council Ambassador (Eight Ambassadors will be chosen for the 2011-2012 school year).
What We Do
SIC members serve as liaisons for the Prescott College Alumni Association. SIC offers many opportunities for each Ambassador to take a leadership role in many events we plan throughout the year.
