* Estimated cost for 2014-15. Prescott College requires students to carry medical insurance while enrolled.  All students must enroll or opt out of the College’s policy (if you have coverage) by visiting the Insurance section on the Student Life page of the Prescott College website at www.prescott.edu. 

In addition to the fees mentioned above, additional costs are sometimes associated with field courses, as well as art courses. Certain courses that require extensive travel or extra accommodation costs are assigned an additional course fee. Food costs for field courses are usually shared with fellow students. Personal camping and backpacking equipment is required for most field courses. Certain Adventure Education courses require special personal equipment (e.g., cross-country ski boots and skis or a mountain bike).

Tuition Payment

Fall 2014 tuition must be paid in full or payment arrangements (payment plan or financial aid awards sufficient to cover tuition) must be in place by July 4, 2014.  Students accepted to the college after July 4, 2014 have a maximum of 30-days from the date of acceptance to finalize payment arrangements or until August 17, 2014 whichever comes sooner!

 

Spring 2015 tuition must be paid in full or payment arrangements (payment plan or financial aid awards sufficient to cover tuition) must be in place by December 5, 2014.

 

Students will not be permitted to matriculate at Prescott College and participate in Orientation until satisfactory payment arrangements are in place.

 

Once you have confirmed your intention to enroll you will receive a bill from the Prescott College Business Office.

Financial Aid

If you expect to have financial aid cover part or all of your tuition and fees, you are encouraged to file the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as soon as possible.  You may do this online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.  Prescott College makes every attempt to ensure that all qualified students can attend and assists them in finding financial aid, given individual eligibility.  For more information, contact the Prescott College Financial Aid Office at (877)350-2100 ext. 1111 or 928-350-1111.
