Beginning to Intermediate class in learning to use watercolors to paint beautiful landscapes and nature scenes. We'll spend our time outside, painting and exploring the natural world from a watercolor perspective. Extensive daily fieldtrips in the Prescott area are included. For out of town visitors: we have great lodging rates in our student dorm during this event. Contact the Center for details and pricing.
Our program runs in the daytime, leaving your evenings free for relaxing and enjoying the Prescott area.

Classes Include:
Basic knife skill instructions and safety
The creation of a personal recipe book
Personally creating fun, health, tasty, kid-friendly food
Each camp ends with dessert Fridays – students will prepare these dishes for their families
All Camps are $175 (plus a small $5 registration fee) and run from 9:30 AM - 1 PM at the Prescott College Cafe. Fridays are family celebration days.

Come explore the world of the freshest ingrediants picked by the students to cook with. Fanny- the daughter of Alice Waters (who runs the famous restaurant in San Francisco, Chez Panisse) - wrote a delicious cookbook that we will use as our curriculum.

We will be creating tried and true party hits as well as exploring ideas to wow your friends and family - everything from Mexican foods to fruit carvings.
