June 23 - 27 Watercolors in the Natural World with local artist, Linne Thomas

Beginning to Intermediate class in learning to use watercolors to paint beautiful landscapes and nature scenes.  We'll spend our time outside, painting and exploring the natural world from a watercolor perspective.  Extensive daily fieldtrips in the Prescott area are included.  For out of town visitors:  we have great lodging rates in our student dorm during this event.  Contact the Center for details and pricing.

Our program runs in the daytime, leaving your evenings free for relaxing and enjoying the Prescott area.

Instructor:  Linne Thomas, local artist and teacher. 

Cost:  $395

Kids Cooking Camps with Prescott College Chef Pam O'Donald

This is one of the most popular Prescott College extended programs we run - now in it's 4th summer.  Register right away - don't miss out on this fabulous kids program. 

This camp is such a fantastic experience. One of the neatest things is the incredible independence it has given my daughter.  Now she cooks fabulous meals on her own for our family.  – Abbie Roses, parent

Classes Include:

Basic knife skill instructions and safety

The creation of a personal recipe book

Personally creating fun, health, tasty, kid-friendly food

Each camp ends with dessert Fridays – students will prepare these dishes for their families

All Camps are $175 (plus a small $5 registration fee) and run from 9:30 AM - 1 PM at the Prescott College Cafe.   Fridays are family celebration days.

Back by popular demand...another tour of 5 countries featuring recipes from Italy, Greece, Ireland, the Carribean, and France.  Lemon Biscuits, french onion soup, calzones, and much more!

Cooking with Fanny at Chez Panisse - Book available for purchase

Come explore the world of the freshest ingrediants picked by the students to cook with.  Fanny- the daughter of Alice Waters (who runs the famous restaurant in San Francisco, Chez Panisse) - wrote a delicious cookbook that we will use as our curriculum.

Particularly Pleasing Party Foods

We will be creating tried and true party hits as well as exploring ideas to wow your friends and family - everything from Mexican foods to fruit carvings.
