Holding an event at Prescott College is easy!
Please follow the instructions below to submit an event request or room reservation request or to post your event on the Prescott College website calendar. This process is also the way one should notify the college if one is holding an event on Prescott College campus.
- Please schedule your event requests a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event (please note: some programs require specific deadlines; please consult program for dates).
- Meeting room requests must be made a minimum of one business day prior to meeting.
- You will receive a confirmation, which will confirm the day, date and time of your event or session. To reduce confusion please do not send out notification of your meeting or event until you have received confirmation.
