Richard Lewis, M.A. - Library Director

Rich has worked in Academic Libraries since 2004, and started working in the Prescott College Library in 2005. His expertise is in usability and research. He is part of the faculty at Prescott College and continues to occasionally mentor both undergraduate and graduate students.
Rich also has a background in solar energy, welding, French, and vampire literature.
Background & Experience

Rich's current research involves trying to understand our current digital media age through the lense of orality and literacy. He is currently working on Orality 2.0 which includes such things as intellectual property rights, the idea of permancy in an impermanent world, and how we are, in effect, returning to being an oral society.
