Arts & Letters Frederick & Frances Sommer Fellowship Winner May 04, 2012
The Sommer Foundation and Prescott College are proud to announce Zoe Mason has been awarded the 2012-13 fellowship. According to the Foundation Trustees, her application showed a concise understanding of the Sommer Cabin environment. In addition she comprehends the challenges her Senior Project may face, representing considered though. Last, her poetry is illustrative and cleverly arranged with “My Brothers Birth” particularly catching the attention of all three trustees.
The Frederick & Frances Sommer Fellowship assists the academic and artistic endeavors of a senior Arts & Letters student. Established in 2000, this fellowship provides housing in the Sommer cabin during the senior year of enrollment and aims to support the concentration necessary to educate the aesthetic sensibility of the chosen student.

Prescott College featured in The Princeton Review’s Guide to 322 Green Colleges May 01, 2012
Prescott College is one of the most environmentally responsible colleges in the U.S. and Canada, according to The Princeton Review. The well-known education services company selected Prescott College for inclusion in the just-released third annual edition of its free downloadable book, “The Princeton Review’s Guide to 322 Green Colleges: 2012 Edition."
