Prescott College Wins Improving Teacher Quality Grant

Prescott College was selected to receive professional development funding by the Arizona Board of Regents for the “Improving Teacher Quality” grant. Working with Yavapai County Education Services Agency, Intel Math, and several school districts, Prescott College was awarded $318,480 to provide professional development opportunities for teachers grades 4-8 across Yavapai County through the West Central Arizona Intel Math Initiative. Applications are now being accepted for an intensive summer workshop, followed by three Saturday workshops the following fall.
