By calling this number you will reach the designated on-call IT Services support team member. If the on-call support team member does not answer immediately, please leave a detailed message and your contact information so that we may follow up with you as quickly as possible.
Keep in mind this number is for after hours 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. weekdays and weekends 5:00 p.m. Friday – 7:00 a.m. Monday support calls only and for situations that may potentially impact a large number of faculty, staff or students. For all other requests, please use the IT Services Help Desk or contact IT Services during normal business hours.
