Queer Student Union

We are a group open to lesbian/gay/bisexual/trans/two spirit/genderqueer/queer students and anybody dedicated to developing a safe, respectful, and politically responsible community within Prescott College. Our goals are to create supportive space for LGBTQ students as well as to participate in local work pursuing social justice for all oppressed peoples.

The Prescott College QSU is dedicated to making a safer and more responsible space for LGBTQIA identified students. We are a vital part of the college community - aligning with Prescott College's dedication to social justice, and working closely with other groups on campus to aid a network of activism and support.
Events such as queer coffee provide a time for students to gather to build community, plan for future events, discuss political events, raise awareness and empower the queer community on campus. The QSU has applied for funds in order to make queer coffee possible again this semester, and to bring in speakers and other events with the same goals in mind.
