The Treehouse

The TreeHouse is a residential health and wellness learning community for students in recovery from drugs and alcohol. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from Prescott College by bike.  The program includes ongoing recovery support through 12-step principles, neurofeedback training, academic coaching, Sunday night community dinners and more.  TreeHouse apartments are fully furnished and include bed, bath and kitchen essentials.  Limited to 17 students.  For questions please call (928) 478-8813 or email Ezra Kaplan at ezra@treehouselearningcommunity.com. www.treehouselearningcommunity.com 

The Stetson Homes

Journey Realty is offering single or double rooms in two bedroom town homes. These town homes are furnished and include all the amenities. We recommend that students that occupy the Stetson Residence have access to a car.

Casa de Simpson

Casa De Simpson is in walking distance of Prescott College and has provided shared living for students off campus for the past 5 years. The house has 6 bedrooms that are partially furnished with a study area, 3 bathrooms. and a coin-op laundry. Utilities, WiFi Internet are included. Chapel Lofts

Chapel Lofts is a former church facility that has been restored to provide student housing for the Prescott community. Situated 1/4 mile from Prescott College in a restored Depression Era building, Chapel lofts can house up to 16 students in traditional dorm style rooms, but that include upper sleeping lofts as a part of the bedroom. Nestled among rocks and trees, it provides students an intimate atmosphere for sleep, study, do laundry and interact with friends and classmates. A living room, well-equipped kitchen, and small eating area complement airy student rooms, each with student desk, sink, and closet. Each room shares a bathroom with room opposite, so students could be sharing a bathroom with only 2-3 others. Wireless Internet and cable TV are provided in the building, and regular land phone service can be set up in each individual room. A live-in manager ensures resident well-being and security.
