Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Level 1 Training

Level 1 of a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) training invites both personal growth and professional development. PRYT is a yoga-based, client-centered modality offered within a safe and supportive environment. This experiential program allows participants to explore the relationship between what’s happening in their bodies and what’s happening in their life. This is done through non-directive dialogue about their experience in their body as they are supported in postures that elicit and encourage self-guided exploration of their internal experience. Body-centered awareness of this kind may bring about a release of physical or emotional tension leading to a better self-understanding and inner guidance that can be supportive in making life decisions. Level 1 is the beginning of all tracks of further education with PRYT including: Yoga Therapy Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Group Facilitator, and Therapeutic Mentoring Training. Registration includes instruction, certificate, meals (breakfast/lunch), and materials.
