Prescott College greatly appreciates the effort and expertise that each doctoral mentor brings to the Ph.D. Program and to the students.  We know you are busy therefore, we have made the mentor process as simple and straightforward as possible. There are a few requirements by the Higher Learning Commission (our accrediting agency) that we must obtain from each mentor.

Contact Jody Lichtenberg with any questions. Fax these items to (928) 776-5151 Attn: Jody.
