Projects, Initiatives, and Resources
Supporting and promoting a variety of sustainability projects and initiatives
Sustainability Council Projects
The Sustainability Council helps support and promote a variety of sustainability projects and initiatives at Prescott College, many initiated by students.
Calling all students, staff, and faculty who want to make Prescott College more sustainable--help us walk our talk by proposing a project to be considered for funding. You could receive a Sustainability Council funding award for your sustainability project. These projects must directly advance social, economic, and ecological sustainability here at the college. This is a great opportunity for students to receive funding for your Senior Project, Demonstration of Competence, or other course work.
Students or employees interested in submitting a project for funding consideration are to prepare a proposal form according to the funding process instructions. Student proposals can include projects that are a part of credit-bearing work within an academic course. Detailed guidelines and information will be provided to those individuals with interest--please contact Peter Sherman, Director of Sustainability, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 928.350.1014.
